I have been using this amazing machine for the last 3 weeks, and I have a growing list of effects I'm noticing.

1. My chronic back pain is gone, and the morning stiffness has been reduced by about 80% (note there is just normal stiffness, not pain anymore - huge difference!)

2. My more recent knee injury improved 80% in the FIRST USE! I was not able to bend my left knee much at all without pain, and I was not able to demonstrate many yoga poses I teach. I can now bend to I can touch the heel of my foot to my hip, and can sit on my heels (vajrasana) some days without blanket support.

3. Without focusing on them, the following areas have also improved: My neck has more flexibility and sideways rotation, and 50% less crunchyness.
